Due to the significant upfront costs involved in planning and delivering my retreats, classes, events, and memberships, all bookings and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
These Terms & Conditions form part of your booking agreement with Dr Amanda Bowen Ltd, so please read them carefully before making any payment or booking.
Classes & Workshops
All bookings must be made through the online booking system, with full payment made in advance.
Once your booking has been made, please complete your health information via the contact form so that I can discuss any personal requirements with you. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health issues when booking.
Places are limited and booking in advance is essential. I do not accept cash payments on the day and classes are not offered on a drop-in basis.
Bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, reimbursements, or carry-overs will be given for cancellation or non-attendance.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class is due to begin, allowing plenty of time for parking, arrival, and settling in. Mobile phones must be switched off before class begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted once the session has started, as this can disrupt the experience for others.
Online Memberships
Memberships are recurring and may be cancelled at any time. Any classes, content, or benefits included within the membership must be used within the membership period and cannot be carried forward.
Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or reimbursements will be given for partial use, non-attendance, inactive memberships, or unused membership benefits.
Retreats
Booking & Payment
Your place on the retreat is secured once the required deposit has been paid and your payment plan, if applicable, has been agreed.
All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Bookings may not be transferred to another retreat, event, or person, and may not be resold, reassigned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
The full balance must be paid no later than two months before the retreat start date, in line with your agreed payment plan. Failure to do so may result in your place being released and all monies paid forfeited.
Flights & Travel
Please do not book flights until you have received confirmation that the retreat will go ahead, as minimum numbers are required.
All travel arrangements are your own responsibility and made at your own risk. I strongly recommend using a reputable, ABTA-protected travel provider and ensuring you have comprehensive travel insurance in place.
Cancellations

If you are unable to attend for any reason, any financial loss must be addressed through your own travel insurance.
If the retreat cannot go ahead for any reason, all reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative or reimbursement where possible. However, I am not responsible for any external costs incurred, including flights or travel.

Only confirmed, booked guests are permitted to attend. I reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who has not been formally booked and approved in advance.
